摘要 目的通过数据挖掘形式体现赵尚华教授治疗乳癖用药组方规律,挖掘核心组合,发现新处方。方法利用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的142首疗效较好的处方,进行分析挖掘。结果发现高频次用药当归、鹿角霜、肉苁蓉等22个;高频药对"当归、白芍"及与其关联紧密的分别以"仙茅、鹿角霜、甘草"和"柴胡"为核心的2个高频组合;演化出核心药物组合27个,并聚类出4个新处方。结论数据管理平台和数据挖掘技术以数字化形式较好呈现了赵教授治疗乳癖的用药组方规律:四气以温寒平为主;五味以甘苦辛为重;归经以肝肾脾多见,治疗侧重温肾助阳,调理冲任,疏肝健脾,化痰散结。挖掘的新处方为新药创制和制剂开发提供了参考。 Objective To detect the medication rule of Prof.Zhao Shanghua's medication rule in the treatment of breast lumps through data mining so as to explore the essential herbal composition and discover the new recipes.Methods The data mining method integrated through TCM inheritance support platform(V2.5)was adopted to screen the 142 favorable formulas with the good therapeutic effects after the first treatment and have an analysis.Results There are 22 herbs of high usage frequency,such as Chinese angelica,cornu cervi and herba cistanche.The two high-frequency composition are Chinese angelica and radix paeoniae alba with rhizome curculiginis,cornu cervi and licorice as well as with radix bupleuri.27 essential herbal compositions are evolved and 4 new recipes are aggregated.Conclusion The digitalization of data management platform and data mining technique displays the herbal combination rules in Prof.Zhao's treatment of breast lumps.The herbs of warm,cold and neutral in nature,sweet,bitter and pungent in flavor are commonly used.The liver,spleen and kidney are involved chiefly in meridian tropism.The treatment focuses on warming the kidney,strengthening yang,regulating the Thoroughfare Vessel and the Conception Vessel,smoothing liver qi,strengthening spleen,resolving phlegm and removing masses.The new recipes explored provide the references for the innovation and development of new drug and preparations.
