耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入法治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Therapeutic Effects on Diabetic Retinopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation Treated with Auricular Point Pressure and Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis

目的观察耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将符合诊断标准的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予基础降糖治疗,并按护理方案进行健康指导,治疗组在此基础上给予耳穴贴压及中药离子导入治疗,对照组给予和血明目片治疗,观察两组患者临床症状、视力及眼底变化情况。结果中医证候积分方面,两组患者治疗后(治疗组:9.23±1.716,对照组:15.53±4.932)与治疗前(治疗组:20.07±5.813,对照组:19.77±6.781)相比较均下降(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);视力情况方面,两组患者治疗后(治疗组:4.67±0.142,对照组:4.61±0.122)均较治疗前(治疗组:4.55±0.137,对照组:4.54±0.109)有好转(P<0.01),治疗组较对照组改变更明显(P<0.05);眼底变化方面,治疗组(86.7%)总有效率高于对照组(60.0%)(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合中药离子导入治疗可有效改善气虚血瘀型糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床症状、视力及眼底情况,疗效确切,且操作方便,安全性良好,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the safety on the combined therapy of auricular point pressure and Chinese medicine iontophoresis treated with the combined therapy of auricular point pressure and Chinese medicine iontophoresis.Methods Sixty patients in compliance with the diagnostic criteria of diabetic retinopathy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.The basic hypoglycemic treatment was given in the patients of the two groups and the healthcare guide was provided according to nursing scheme.Additionally,the combined therapy of auricular point pressure and Chinese medicine iontophoresis were given in the treatment group and huoxue mingmu tablets were prescribed in the control group.The clinical symptoms,visual acuity and fundus changes were observed in the two groups.Results For the score of TCM syndrome,the results（in the treatment group：9.23±1.716;in the control group：15.53±4.932）after treatment were better than those（in the treatment group：20.07±5.813;in the control group：19.77±6.781）before treatment（P〈0.01）.The result in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.For visual acuity,the results（in the treatment group：4.67±0.142;in the control group：4.61±0.122）after treatment were better than those（in the treatment group：4.55±0.137;in the control group：4.54±0.109）before treatment（P〈0.01）.The change in the treatment group was much more obvious as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.For the fundus changes,the total effective rate in the treatment group（86.7%）was higher than that in the control group（60.0%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined therapy of auricular point pressure and Chinese medicine iontophoresis effectively relieves the clinical symptoms and improves the conditions of visual acuity and fundus in the patients of the combined therapy of auricular point pressure and Chinese medicine iontophoresis.The therapeutic effects are definite and the operation is simple and safe.Hence,this therapy is applicable inclinical promotion.
