吞咽障碍治疗仪穴位刺激治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效观察

Clinical Therapeutic Effects on Pseudobulbar Palsy Treated with Acupoint Stimulation with Dysphagia Therapeutic Apparatus

目的探讨吞咽障碍治疗仪穴位刺激治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法按照入院顺序抽签后将98例假性球麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用吞咽障碍治疗仪进行常规电刺激治疗,治疗组使用吞咽障碍治疗仪进行穴位刺激治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者疗程结束后综合疗效和洼田氏饮水试验疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后石氏评分和吞咽钡餐透视(VF)评分均明显高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后石氏评分和VF评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后降钙基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)水平均明显高于本组治疗前,内皮素(Endothelin,ET)水平均明显低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后CGRP和ET水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽障碍治疗仪穴位刺激治疗假性球麻痹疗效显著,能够有效改善患者吞咽困难症状和CGRP、ET水平。

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects on pseudobulbar palsy treated with dysphagia therapeutic apparatus.Methods According to the hospitalizations sequence,98 patients of pseudobulbar palsy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the control group,the dysphagia therapeutic apparatus was used for routine electric stimulation.In the treatment group,the dysphagia therapeutic apparatus was used at specific acupoints.The therapeutic results were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of treatment sessions,the comprehensive therapeutic effects and the effects of water swallow test in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences（P〈0.05）.The Shi＇s score and the score of swallowing barium meal examination after treatment were all higher than those before treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant differences in comparison（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the level of calcitonin gene-related peptide（CGRP）was higher apparently than that before treatment within group and the level of endothelin（ET）was lower apparently than that before treatment within group.After treatment,the levels of CGRP and ET in the treatment group were higher apparently than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acupoint stimulation with dysphagia therapeutic apparatus achieves the significant therapeutic effects on pseudobulbar palsy.This therapy effectively improves in dysphagia and the levels of CGRP and ET in the patients.
