中西医结合治疗对婴儿肝炎综合征血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标的影响研究

Impacts of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on the Platelet Parameters and the Relevant Indexes of Serum and Bile Disorders in Infantile Hepatitis

目的研究中西医结合治疗对婴儿肝炎综合征血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标的影响。方法选取2014年10月~2016年4月期间于本院进行诊治的56例婴儿肝炎综合征为研究对象,将56例患儿根据随机数字表法分为对照组28例和治疗组28例,对照组进行常规婴儿肝炎综合征西医治疗,治疗组则采用中西医结合治疗的方式进行治疗,然后将两组患儿治疗前和治疗后不同时间的血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标进行检测与比较。结果治疗前两组的血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后不同时间两组的血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标均持续改善,且治疗组的检测结果均显著地好于对照组同时间的检测结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗对婴儿肝炎综合征血小板参数及血清、胆汁疾病相关指标的影响更好,因此本治疗方案更为适用于肝炎综合征患儿。

Objective To study the impacts of integrated Chinese and western medicine on the platelet parameters and the relevant indexes of serum and bile disorders in infantile hepatitis.Methods From October 2014 to April 2016,56 cases of infantile hepatitis syndrome treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table,56 cases were divided into a control group（28 cases）and a treatment group（28 cases）.In the control group,the routine western medicine treatment was applied.In the treatment group,the integrated Chinese and western medicine was adopted.The platelet parameters and the relevant indexes of serum and bile disorders were detected and compared before treatment and the different time points after treatment in the two groups separately.Results The differences were not significant in the platelet parameters and the relevant indexes of serum and bile disorders between the two groups（P〉0.05）and those were constantly improved at the different time points after treatment.The results in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group at the same time point,indicating the significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine much better affects the platelet parameters and the relevant indexes of serum and bile disorders.This scheme is considerably suitable for the treatment of infantile hepatitis syndrome.
