中药治疗反复发作的抗甲状腺药物不耐受的Graves病患者1例报告

One Case Report on the Repeated Intolerance of Anti-Thyroid Drugs Treated with Herbal Medicines in the Patients of Graves's Disease

Graves病(GD)是甲状腺功能亢进最主要的病因,与自身免疫性相关。目前西医治疗的药物主要是咪唑类和硫脲类,而临床应用中副作用较多。文章中的患者因使用上述药物引发严重白细胞减低,然而通过单纯中药治疗此例反复发作的抗甲状腺药物(ATD)不耐受的GD患者,却获得满意临床疗效,临床及免疫指标完全正常。治疗体会是:对于ATD不耐受或者轻型的GD初诊患者,可以尝试从中医辨证论治出发,应用五脏平衡理论治疗,同时推测本治疗可能通过调节患者体内的免疫系统而发挥作用。

Graves＇s disease is the primary cause of hyperthyroidism and relevant with autoimmunity.At present,imidazoles and thioureas are the common drugs in western medicine,but they induce many side effects in clinical application.In the paper,it was reported that the severe leukocyte reduction was induced by the drugs mentioned above.Through simple Chinese medicine treatment,the satisfactory clinical therapeutic effects were achieved for repeated intolerance of anti-thyroid drug（ATD）in the patients of Graves＇s disease and the clinical indexes and immune indexes were recovered to be normal.It was experienced that for the patients with ATD intolerance or the mild Graves＇s disease,the patients can be treated in terms of TCM differentiation and the balance theory of five zang organs.It is deduced that this therapy plays its role probably through regulating immune system in the body.
