摘要 对中德规范下燃机基础动力计算进行了对比分析,探讨允许振动线位移取值、干扰力值、开停机和工作阶段转速的差异。以某工程为背景,通过ANSYS建立燃机基础有限元模型,分别采用中国规范和德国规范进行动力分析。研究表明:中德规范下最大振动线位移的转速及振动线位移安全系数有较大差异。 The Chinese code and the German code are discussed and compared to assess the difference between the calculation results of the foundamental dynamic characters of the gas turbine.The regulation to the vibration displacement regarding different rotor speed during on-off state and working conditions and the disturbance force applied to the forceare detailed.The finite element model of a gas turbine system was established by ANSYS.The Chinese code and German code are adopted in the simulation respecively to study the difference of dynamics.The results showed that the speed of the maximum vibration linear displacement value and the factor of safety of the vibration linear displacement are quite different between the two codes.
