摘要 研究了 Al- 5 .6 3Mg- 0 .13Sc(wt% )合金经过 2 5 0℃和 30 0℃退火后室温的拉伸性能和显微组织特征 ;分析了 Sc对  合金组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明 :退火后拉伸强度先迅降低 ,但随着退火时间延长 ,拉伸性能稳定保持不变。透射电镜观察表明 ,在 Al- Mg- Sc合金中 ,Sc以细小的 Al3Sc粒子的形式在晶内及亚结构上析出 ,它强烈地钉扎或阻碍位错的运动 ,稳定亚结构。 Al- Mg合金添加 The microstructure and tensile properties at ambient temperature of Al 5.63Mg 0.13Sc(%wt)alloy after annealed at 250℃and 300℃ were studied in the paper.The influence of Sc on the microstructure and tensile properties of the alloy were analyzed.The results showed that the tensile strengths of the alloy decrease rapidly after anneal treatment but with prolonging anneal time, the tensile properties of the alloy are stable.The results were found with TEM that the small particles Al 3Sc have preciptated at sub grain boundaries and in grains of the alloy, anchoring and/or blocking the movement of the dislocations in the alloy, which can steady the sub microstructure of the alloy.Addition Sc in Al Mg alloy can improve the tensile properties of the alloy after strain hardening and stabilization treatment
