Operation conditions of two continous casting and rolling plate production lines in Pingyin Aluminium plant in shandong are introduced. The poor effect of primary Aluminium liquid formulas madeby direct electrolytic production method on production process and product quality analyzed, the conrresponding measures adopted are put forward.
