浊度计示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement Results Error of Turbidimeter

为了规范浊度计检定过程的量值统一,保证溯源有效性,以浊度计示值误差建立模型介绍其测量结果合成不确定度的评定方法。依据JJG 880-2006浊度计检定规程,从重复性测量、测量仪器分辨力、浊度标准溶液稀释、玻璃量器定容等角度出发,分析检定过程中引入的各不确定度分量对合成不确定度的影响,计算各分量灵敏度,并结合实验分析结果,保证结果更加科学,为评定浊度计的不确定度提供重要参考,同时在环境保护、安全生产方面提供有力保障。

This paper introduces the evaluation of uncertainty in the measurement results error of turbidimeter for the purpose of regulating the value of turbidimeter verification process and ensure the effectiveness of the traceability.According to turbidimetervertification regulation JJG 880-2006, with the model of turbidimeterindication error,from the measurement repeatability, the measurement resolution, the dilution of turbidity standard solution, constant volume of volumetric glass container and soon, this paper analyzes the influence of uncertainty components in verification on synthetic uncertainty, calculates the sensitivity of all kind of eomponants, to ensure result more scientific combined with experimental data analysis. It also provides the important reference for assessing the uncertainty of turbidimeter, and provides strong protectionin environmental protection and production safety at the same time.
