卤水法超细氢氧化镁生产工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 以蒸溴废液为原料、工业烧碱为沉淀剂,生产超细氢氧化镁阻燃剂,生产工艺简单,设备自动化程度高。为提高产品质量,降低生产成本,寻求最佳的工艺条件,对生产工艺进行了调整。结果显示原料卤氯化镁浓度为2.5 mol/L^3 mol/L、液碱氢氧化钠浓度6.5 mol/L^7.0 mol/L、进碱温度60℃~90℃、水热温度200℃、保温时间6 h^8 h的情况下,产品为完整六方片状结构,晶体粒度均匀分散性好,粒度0.6μm^1.2μm,比表面积4 m^2/g^10 m^2/g,为高标准的阻燃型氢氧化镁。 The manufacture technique of producing superfine magnesium hydroxide is very simple, which used brine after steamed bromine and sodium hydroxide solution as raw material, and the automation of equipment is advanced. In order to find out the best manufacture technique and adjust the manufacture technique, it raised the product quality and reduced the production cost. Under the experimental condition, the concentration of magnesium chloride in brine is 2.5 mol/L-3 mol/L, the concentration of sodium hydroxide in solution is 6.5 mol/L - 7.0 mol/L, the temper- ature of alkalifying is 60℃- 90 ℃, the temperature of hydrothermal condition is 200℃, the consuming time of heat preservation is 6 h - 8 h. The experimental result showed that the granularity of the production is 0.6 μm - 1. 2μm, the specific surface area is 4 m2/g - 10 m2/g with integrity hexagonal sheet and the crystal uniform granularity with good dispersion, the magnesium hydroxide is superfine fire retardant.
