SD-OCT评估护理在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变中应用效果

The application of SD-OCT evaluation nursing in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy

目的探讨频域相干光断层扫描(SD-OCT)在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)患者中应用效果。方法选取2015年9月至2016年10月我院诊治66例CSC患者为研究对象,采用信封分组法将患者分为干预组和常规组各33例。常规组患者接受常规护理,干预组患者在此基础上接受SDOCT评估护理,比较两组患者疗效及护理满意度。结果干预组患者总有效率(96.97%)显著高于常规组(78.79%),护理满意度(93.94%)显著高于常规组(69.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CSC患者中实施SD-OCT评估护理,可辅助提高患者临床疗效和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of frequency-domain coherence tomography （SD-OCT） in the treatment of patients with central serous chorioretinopathy （ CSC ）. Methods Select 66 cases of CSC patients received therapy in our hospital during Sep., 2013 and Oct., 2014 as studying objects, the patients were divided into intervention group （ n = 33 ） and routine group （ n = 33 ） by the method of envelope grouping. The patients were evaluated by SD-OCT evaluation nursing and routine nursing. Compared the efficacy and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate （96.97%） in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group （18.79%）, which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate on nursing （93.94%） in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group （69.70%） ,which was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of SD -OCT assessment care in patients with CSC implementation can help improve clinical efficacy, improve patients＂ satisfaction on care.
