摘要
用异氰酸酯与水性聚醚多元醇合成的低黏度PU聚氨酯预聚体,可制备成水溶性PU防水涂料和灌浆材料,根据最终产品的实际应用需要,可用不同的EO/PO比例的聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯制备出—NCO含量不同,异氰酸酯指数不同的预聚体,再和其他辅料材料混合,可制备成凝胶时间可控,预聚体包水量和亲水程度不同的浆料。
The PU prepolymer with low viscosity was prepared by isocyanate and waterborne polyether polyol, which was prepared into water soluble PU waterproof coating and grouting material. According to the actual application of the final product, available in different proportion of EO/PO polyether polyol and isocyanate were prepared with different --NCO content, isocyanate index different values of prepolymer, mixing and other auxiliary materials, and can be prepared into gel time controlled pre polymer slurry inclusion content and hydrophilic degree.
