摘要
概述了车身表面脏点组成,论述了脏点与车身、槽液、槽体的分离方法,主要从车身清洁、槽液维持均质、系统整体考虑,监控各点除渣量,实现各区槽体清洁度递增,保证整体的除渣量大于带入量;同时控制车间整体环境洁净度,实现对电泳后车身脏点控制。后续可以提高系统的除渣能力及采用纯水增加槽液的容污能力,进一步降低脏点。
The dirty varieties on the surface of car body were summarized and the methods to separate dirty with the car body, liquid in the circulation system and equipment were discussed. The liquid homogenously and considerate all the tanks to be one system were mainly kept. The cleanliness of every tank and make sure the subsequent tank cleaner than the former were optimized. Use the more advanced equipment to increase the dirty discharge capacity and pure water to improve the dirty capacity of the liquid in the future.
