结合某公司新工厂涂装生产线建设经验,介绍了工程总承包模式(EPC);在涂装线的规划设计阶段,汽车厂家应结合自身状况选择合适的承包商,签订技术协议;在设备安装阶段,做好施工过程管理,把握工程质量;在工程调试管理阶段,认真进行单机调试、连机调试、工艺调试,保证项目顺利完成。

In the planning and design stage, the ear manufacturers should choose the right contractor accordance with their own conditions, and then sign the technical agreement. In the equipment installation stage, the project construction preparation and construction management must be completed; the project quality should also be grasped. In the engineering commissioning management stage, single machine debugging, machine debugging and process debugging should be done carefully to ensure the successful completion of the project.
