论倪瓒绘画的“绝对空间”

On “Absolute Space” in Ni Zan' Paintings

元代艺术家倪瓒的绘画创造了一种独特的空间形式,可称为"绝对空间"。它是"绝于对待"的,超越人与外境的相对性;又是瞬间生命体验的记录,具有"独一无二"、不可重复的特点。这是一种生命空间,而非物理空间;虽托迹于形式,又超越于形式。其中体现的截断联系、消解动力、超越时间和小中见大等特点,受到画家生存哲学和艺术观念的影响。

Ni Zan was one of the famous painters in the Yuan Dynasty.He created an unique form of space in his paintings,which can be called＂absolute space＂because it is beyond the subject-object dichotomy.It is the representation of an individual’s life experience which always happens in an instant,therefore it cannot be duplicated and becomes unique.It is significant that this kind of space is not a space in the sense of physics,but in the sense of human existence.Although this absolute space has to show itself in certain forms,it has transcended all kinds of forms.This absolute space can help the viewers to understand Ni Zan’s artistic conceptions and life philosophy,which are characterized with the breaking of traditional relationships,the deconstruction of driving forces,the transcendence of time,and the display of the whole by the small.
