胰腺胰高血糖素瘤1例报道并文献复习

A Case of Pancreatic Glucagonoma and Literature Review

摘要胰高血糖素瘤（glucagonoma,GCGN）是起源于胰岛A细胞,1942年Becker等首次报道该病,截至目前国内外约有300余例病例被报道,年发病率约为1/2000万,胰高血糖素瘤早期无特殊临床表现,故早期诊断困难,通常明确诊断时已发现远处转移。
