Research on Application of Intelligent Technology in Green Ecological Residence

智能建筑是信息时代发展的重要产物之一,而绿色生态建筑是社会可持续发展的基本要求。为了适应建筑行业的现代化发展,满足人们对于生活品质的需求,需将智能化技术融入绿色生态建筑中,节约能源,为人们提供更加便捷的生活服务。论文对我国绿色智能建筑发展现状进行分析,并就智能化技术在绿色生态住宅建筑中的应用进行阐述,进一步提出绿色建筑与智能建筑融合发展对策。

Intelligent Building is one of the important products in the development of information age, and green ecological architecture is the basic requirement of social sustainable development. In order to adapt to the modernization of the construction industry and meet people＇s needs for quality of life, we need to integrate the intelligent technology into the green ecological building, save energy and provide people with a more convenient life service. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of green Intelligent building in China, and then expounds the application of intelligent technology in green ecological residential building, then puts forward the countermeasures of the integration and development of green building and intelligent building.
