Application of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Building Construction

当前预制装配式建筑较多,而在该类建筑施工过程中运用BIM技术则能更好呈现出建筑施工效果。基于此,论文对BIM技术及预制装配式建筑的相关概念进行分析,总结BIM技术运用于装配式建筑结构施工特点,并结合实例分析BIM技术的实际使用方法,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

At present, prefabricated building is more, but in this kind of building construction process, the use of BIM technology can better show the effect of building construction. Based on this, firstly the related concepts of BIM technology and prefabricated building are analyzed, secondly, using BIM technology in assembling building structure construction characteristics, finally the actual use case analysis method of BIM technology, which can provide reference for similar engineering.
