不同方法对农贸市场蟑螂杀灭效果的研究

Cockroach control effect of different methods in large indoor farmers markets

目的了解滞留喷洒和投放胶饵对农贸市场蟑螂的防治效果,为指导防治提供科学依据。方法选择2家农贸市场分别用1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵进行防治,另选择4家农贸市场采用滞留喷洒方法进行灭蟑,采用GB/T 23795-2009中的粘捕法调查施药前后不同时间的密度。结果 2家使用胶饵防治的农贸市场现场施药后3 d,蟑螂密度平均下降率达到60.0%以上,经连续补药20 d后下降率达到94%以上,而使用滞留喷洒的4家农贸市场蟑螂密度没有降低。结论 1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵对农贸市场蟑螂有较好的防治效果,而滞留喷洒对农贸市场蟑螂防治效果较差。

Objective To observe the effect of gel bait and residual spray against cockroaches in farmers markets and provide evidence for better cockroach control. Methods Selecting 2 indoor farmers markets treated with 1% sulfluramid gel bait and 0. 05% fipronil gel bait and 4 indoor farmers market with residual spray.Density investigation was based on GB/T 23795-2009. Results In the two indoor farmers markets treated gel bait,the densities of cockroaches decreased significantly after applying insecticides 3 days later,the average densities reduction rate was above 60. 0%.Continuously adding gel bait for several days,the killing rates were above 94. 0% twenty days after the gel bait application.In the four indoor farmers markets treated with residual spray,the density of cockroaches decreased little.Conclusion The application of 1% sulfluramid gel bait and 0. 05% fipronil gel bait could control cockroaches well in indoor farmers markets.Residual spray couldn＇t work well in the cockroach control in indoor farmers market.
