摘要
目的了解西安市德国小蠊抗药性状况,为制定西安市的蟑螂防控策略提供依据。方法药膜法。结果溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、残杀威对野生种群德国小蠊半数击倒时间分别为15.03、13.57、14.34和12.20 min。野生种群德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、残杀威的平均抗性倍数分别为3.05、1.76、1.80和2.04倍。结论西安市德国小蠊对4种杀虫剂有低度抗性,科学合理地使用杀虫剂有助于减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To analyze the insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica in Xi＇an City,and provide evidence for cockroach control.Methods The drug film method recommended by WHO was used.Results The KT_（50） of Blattella germanica were 15. 03,13. 57,14. 34 and 12. 20 min to deltamethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos and propoxur.The Blattella germanica in Xi＇an developed 3. 05,1. 76,1. 80 and 2. 04 folds resistance to deltamethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos and propoxur respectively.Conclusion Blattella germanica have developed mild resistance to these four insecticides.It is necessary to apply insecticides scientifically for Blattella germanica control.
