摘要
目的了解江门市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威等5种常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为指导合理选择和使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性发展,提高白纹伊蚊控制效果提供科学依据。方法在江门市6个街道办事处采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~3代,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法进行检测。结果各监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷抗性倍数均<3,属敏感;残杀威除堤东街道抗性倍数为3.88倍,属低度抗性外,其他属敏感;对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯除白沙街道对氯菊酯属敏感外,其余各监测点均产生了不同程度的抗性;5种杀虫剂的抗性有统计学差异(χ~2=73.43,P<0.05),6个街道对杀虫剂的抗药性有统计学差异(χ~2=40.44,P<0.05)。结论大部分监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯产生了不同程度的抗药性,应加强对白纹伊蚊幼虫的抗药性监测,及时了解抗性发展的程度,采取相应的有效防治策略,减少媒介传播疾病的发生,延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance levels and status of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides,deltamethrin,permethrin,beta-cypermethrin,temephos and propoxur in Jiangmen City,and provide scientific evidence for selecting insecticides reasonably and controlling Aedes albopictus. Methods Larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected from six streets in Jiangmen City,and bred for 1-3 generations. The dipping method recommended by WHO was conducted in the bioassay.Results The larvae of Aedes albopictus collected from monitor sites were sensitive to temephos with the resistance under three folds. They were sensitive to propoxur except Didong population.The mosqtuioes collected developed different levels of resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin.There was significant difference of resistance among five insecticides( χ^2= 73. 43,P〈0. 05),and among the six streets( χ^2= 40. 44,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Aedes albopictus develops different resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin. Insecticides should be applied scientifically and rationally. It is necessary to strengthen the surveilance of resistance and understand the development of resistance.
