摘要
目的了解上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为科学开展灭蚊工作提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),并与敏感品系进行比较得出抗性倍数。结果上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和双硫磷5种药物的抗药性倍数分别为53.93、40.25、14.91、15.33和9.13倍。结论上海市杨浦区白纹伊蚊对常用5种杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗药性,其中对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生高抗性,高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威中抗性,双硫磷低抗性。应加强常用杀虫剂的抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂,预防与减缓杀虫剂抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus to 5 insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai.Methods Larva immersion method was employed in the investigation.Results The resistance ratios of Ae.albopictus to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,propoxur and temepho were respectively 53. 93,40. 25,14. 91,15. 33 and 9. 13. Conclusion Ae. albopictus in Yangpu District developed different resistances to 5 insecticides,high level to permethrin and deltamethrin,middle level to beta-cypermethrin,propoxur,and low level to biothion.The insecticide resistance monitoring should be strengthened.
