摘要
目的了解和掌握东营市蟑螂种群构成及密度、季节消长变化及侵害现状,为制定科学合理的蟑螂防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用粘捕法进行监测。结果 2016年全市共捕获蟑螂4 641只,德国小蠊4 585只,占98.79%;日本大蠊11只,占0.24%;蔗蠊45只,占0.97%。蟑螂密度为3.97只/张,侵害率为23.69%。东营市优势种群为德国小廉,5月份出现小高峰,为3.42只/张;8月份达到最高峰,为5.60只/张。结论蟑螂密度及侵害率以农贸市场和小餐饮为最高。建议以环境治理为基础,应用物理、化学相结合的综合防治方法,降低蟑螂密度,控制蟑螂的侵害,减少病媒生物性传染病的传播和发生。
Objective To learn about species composition,population density,seasonal fluctuation and invasion situation of cockroaches,and provide scientific evidence for cockroach control in Dongying City.Methods Stick traps method was employed for monitoring cockroaches. Results Totally 4 641 cockroaches were captured in 2016. There were 4 585 of Blattella germanica,11 of Periplaneta japonica and 45 of Pycnoscelus surinamensis,accounting for 98. 79%,0. 24% and 0. 97% respectively. The average density was 3. 97 insects per trap; the invasion rate was 23. 69%.Blattella germanica was the dominant species in Dongying.There was a small peak in May( 3. 42 pieces per trap),and reached a peak in August( 5. 60 pieces per trap). Conclusion The density and invasion rate of cockroaches were high in farmer's market and small eatery.On the basis of environmental management,it's necessary to implement comprehensive control and prevention methods with the combination of physical and chemical to reduce the density and invasion of cockroaches.
