精索去分化脂肪肉瘤临床与病理分析(1例报道附文献复习)

Clinical and pathological analysis of dedifferentiated liposarcoma of spermatic cord

目的探讨精索去分化脂肪肉瘤临床与病理特点。方法回顾性分析1例精索去分化脂肪肉瘤临床与病理资料,结合相关文献复习对其临床诊治进行讨论。结果患者以阴囊肿块行右侧侧精索肿瘤根治性切除术。术后病理诊断为精索去分化脂肪肉瘤。随访2年无复发及转移。结论精索脂肪肉瘤是一种罕见的疾病,影像学及实验室检查无特异性。术前诊断困难,推荐的治疗方法为根治性睾丸切除术及局部肿瘤广泛性切除术。

Objective To explore the clinical and pathological features of dedifferentiated liposarcoma of spermatic cord. Methods The clinical and pathological data of a patient with dedifferentiatod liposarcoma of spermatic cord was retrospectively analyzed. The related literatures were reviewed and clinical diagnosis and treatment were discussed, Results The patient with spermatic cord tumor in the right side received radical resection, The patinet was pathologically diagnosed as dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the spermatic cord after operation. During 2 years follow-up, no recurrence and metastasis occurred. Conclusion Dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is a rare malignancy. Imaging and laboratory examination are nonspecific. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult. The recommended treatment for this disease is radical orchiectomy and local extensive resection of the tumor.
