摘要
对激光辐照线路导线的安全影响进行了多物理场有限元仿真和实验研究。仿真结果表明清异激光引起的温度升高不会造成钢芯涂镀层、铝线、钢芯线损坏;激光辐照架空线路铝导线实验结果表明,清异激光对铝导线体表无微观和宏观可见损伤,对铝导线电学和抗拉强度性能几乎没有影响。
Multi-physics finite element simulation and experiments are carried out to research the safety of lines under laser irradiation. The simulation results show that the temperature rise caused by laser irradiation is unable to damage the metal coating of steel cored wire,aluminum wire and steel core wire. The experiment results of laser irradiates aluminum wire show that there is no macroscopic or microscopic visible damage on the aluminum wire after irradiated by the laser for laser-cleaner,and almost no effect on the electrical properties and tensile strength.
