摘要
依托现有应急平台架构,参考金属非金属矿山自动化安全预警控制系统现状条件,分析企业安全风险关键因素,确定矿山安全风险评估及分级管控办法,结合重大风险点与其它"孤岛信息"系统,甄选可监测信息建立应急信息数据库,搭建动态监控数据信息智能处理平台,完善矿山应急管理信息理论体系研究,提高企业及安全监管部门对安全生产突发事件的应急响应及处置能力。
Based on the existing emergency platform and the status of metal and nonmetal mine automation safety warning control system,this paper analyzes the key factors of the enterprise safety risks and determines the mine safety risk assessment and grading control measures. Combined with major risk points and other"islands of information"system,monitoring information is selected to establish emergency information database,build dynamic monitoring data intelligent processing platform,perfect the theoretical system of mine emergency information management,and improve work safety emergency response and disposal capacity of the enterprises and supervision departments.
