俄罗斯在公路建设管理体制、质量安全监管以及公路工程建设技术方面具有一些新颖的理念、独特的方法以及先进的经验,本文主要介绍赴俄罗斯参加公路建设质量安全管理培训工作的一些见闻与启示,希望能对我省公路建设质量与施工安全管理有所启示。

Russia has many new ideas, special methods, and advanced experiences in highway construction management system, quality safety supervision, and highway construction technology. The author of this paper has a chance of short-term study in Russia and, in this paper, he tries to present observation and inspiration of Russia highway construction quality and safety management. The author hopes it is helpful to highway construction quality and construction safety management of our province.
