摘要
苍术燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目,麸炒(焦)苍术与生苍术,炮制后化学成分含量有变化,药效也有差异。焦苍术最佳炮制工艺:温度220~230℃,翻炒频率50次/min,炒制6 min。茅苍术挥发油中化学成分含量最高的是β-桉叶油醇(18.894%),其次是苍术酮(13.707%)和茅术醇(11.053%)等88种化合物。动物实验研究作用广泛,有燥性、助消化、降血糖、抗炎、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶、抗肿瘤、调节脂代谢、杀虫、致突变、抑菌、调节免疫作用。药理及成分研究已较为深入,单体化合物药理作用研究尚属空白,细胞层面及代谢组学研究报道较少,今后应侧重分子与细胞层面研究。
Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC can eliminating dampness, tonifying spleen, expelling wind and cold, and also can improve eyesight. There are raw atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. and processed atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC, and their effects are different.The best way to make ustulate atractylodes lancea(Thunb.) DC is 220 -230℃, 50 times/min stir-frying,6min.The essentialof atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DChas 88 kinds of components, include β-Eudesmol,the highest one(18.894%), atractylone(13.707%), hinesol(11.053%)and so on. The result of its zoopery shows that Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC has lots of effects, such as dry effects,help digestion, reduce blood sugar, anti inflammation,Inhibiting α-glucosidase,anti tumor, regulating lipid metabolism, killing insects, mutagenicity, inhibiting bacteria and regulating immunity. Pharmacological and component studies have been conducted in deep level. There are few reports on cell level and metabonomics, its effects on molecular and cellular aspects should be emphasized in the future.
