我国再制造标准化发展现状及对策研究 被引量:8

摘要 再制造作为制造产业链的延伸和先进制造、绿色制造的重要组成部分,是实现节能减排和促进循环经济发展的有效途径。系统、完善的再制造标准体系是我国再制造产业得以良性发展的重要保障。本文阐述了国内外再制造标准化发展现状,分析了我国再制造标准化发展的现实基础和有利条件,指出我国再制造标准化工作应加强顶层设计和统筹规划,加快再制造关键急需标准制定和标准化工作人才培养,推动再制造标准"产学研用"合作,积极申请再制造国际标准化技术委员会,加强再制造标准的宣贯与应用服务,为我国再制造产业发展提供技术支持和标准规范。 As an extension of manufacturing industry chain and an important part of advanced manufacturing and green manufacturing, re-manufacturing is a vital measure for energy saving and emission reduction and circular economy. Reasonable and comprehensive re-manufacturing standards system is important to guarantee the healthy development of re-manufacturing industry in China. This paper elaborates on the present condition of domestic and foreign re-manufacturing standardization, analyzes the realistic basis and favorable conditions of domestic re-manufacturing standardization development, points out that the re-manufacturing standardization in China should strengthen the top-level design and overall planning, speed up the development of key re-manufacturing standards and personnel training, and promote the standard cooperation in terms of production, study and research and utilization. At the same time, it is necessary to apply for re-manufacturing international standardization technical committee and enhance the publicity and application of related standards to provide technical support and standard specifications for the re-manufacturing development in China.
