我国野外地质工作后勤保障标准体系建设的现状及思考

Study on Establishing the Standards System of Logistical Support of Field Geological Work in China

建立野外地质工作后勤保障标准体系是野外地质工作后勤保障工作的工作依据和制度保障。新时期我国野外地质工作后勤保障管理制度体系和标准体系仍处在萌芽阶段,尚缺少野外地质工作后勤保障标准体系。本文从野外地质工作后勤保障及标准等基本概念的厘清入手,在系统梳理我国野外地质工作后勤保障历史沿革,总结其现状的基础上,结合相关标准体系建设面临的形势与挑战,建议从明确标准定位、加强标准研究、注重面面俱到及加强经费保障4个方面建设我国野外地质工作后勤保障标准体系。

The establishment of standards system is the work foundation and systematic guarantee of logistical support of field geological work. In modern era, the related management system is still in its infancy in China with a lack of standards system. This paper studies on the basic concepts of logistics support of field geological work and related standards. Based on the analysis of the historical development and current situation in China, it elaborates on the progresses and challenges for the establishment of related standards system, puts forward several suggestions on clear standards position, enhanced standards research, comprehensive management and improved financial support for establishing the standards system.
