摘要
模拟量控制回路响应时间是DCS系统非常重要的一项性能指标,针对这项指标的测试国内尚未有统一且明确测试方法,本文通过对模拟量控制回路中各传输路径的分析,得出模拟量控制回路的理论计算方法,并设计出了一套典型的测试验证方案。测试设计的正确性及测试方法的可行性在红沿河12#机组测试中得到了验证,并在CPR1000各个核电机组(例如:宁德电厂、阳江电厂、防城港电厂)中得到应用推广。
The response time of analogy quantity control loop is an important performance index in DCS system. For the test of this index, there has no uniform and definite test method in China currently. This paper through analyse the transmission paths in analogy quantity control loop and concludes a theoretical calculation method, designs a classic measurement and verification scheme. Meanwhile, the correctness and feasibility of the design has been verified in 12# unit, Hongyan river, and it is widely developed and applied in various units of CPR1000 nuclear power plant(e.g.: Hong Yanhe Nuclear Power Plant, Ningde Nuclear Power Plant, Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant and Fang Chenggang Nuclear Power Plant).
