摘要
近年来,国家对环境保护的要求也越来越严格,近期更是大力提倡废水的循环利用和零排放。而随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断提高和国产DCS技术的飞速发展,其功能和性能有了大幅提高,系统的安全可靠性更高、灵活开放性和通讯兼容性更强,可为企业提供专业高效的整体解决方案。本文论述了基于和利时MACS-K系列DCS控制系统废水零排放污水处理厂自动控制系统的设计与实现,充分发挥了DCS配置灵活、控制可靠、开放性强和在线维护方便等优点,为整个系统的安全稳定运行提供了可靠保障,根据废水零排放处理工艺要求,提供了一种降低成本、节省空间、更优化的控制方案。其自动化控制系统由一个中央控制室和1个DCS现场控制站作为主要控制系统。
In recent years, the national environmental protection requirements have been stricter, and the recently advocated wastewater recycling and zero emissions has been more widespread. With the rapid development of automation technology, computer technology and domestic DCS technology, the corresponding function and performance has been greatly improved. The growing security, flexibility and compatibility provides a professional and efficient solution for enterprise. This paper discusses the design and implementation of an automatic control system based on Hollysys MACS-K series DCS for wastewater zero discharge.. DCS is flexible in configuration, reliable in control, and convenient in maintenance online, which guarantees the safety and stable operation of the whole system. According to the requirement of zero discharge of wastewater process, this article provides a low cost, space saving and more optimized solution. The automation control system consists of a central control room and 1 DCS field control stations.
