葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study of zinc gluconate combined Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of infantile enteritis

目的研究葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿肠炎的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院自2015年2月至2016年2月收治的肠炎患儿80例,按照抽签的方式,分为A组(n=40)和B组(n=40)。B组患者采用蒙脱石散与阿莫西林联合治疗,A组患者采用葡萄糖酸锌与醒脾养儿颗粒联合治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的总有效率、住院时间、止泻时间以及退热时间。结果 A组的总有效率(95%)远高于B组的(78%),A组的住院时间、止泻时间以及退热时间短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿肠炎取得的临床效果显著,极大的缩短了患者的治疗时间,安全可靠,值得进一步推广和使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of zinc gluconate combined with Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of children with enteritis. Methods Eighteen children with enteritis from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into group A（ n = 40） and group B（ n = 40） according to the way of drawing. Group B patients with montmorillonite powder and amoxicillin combined treatment,A group of patients with zinc gluconate and swallowing spleen custody particles in combination therapy. Comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment the total effective rate,length of stay,diarrhea time and fever time. Results The total effective rate（ 95%） in group A was much higher than that in group B（ 78%）. The length of hospital stay,diarrhea time and fever time in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Zinc gluconate combined with Xingpi Yanger Granule has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with enteritis,which greatly shortens the treatment time of patients,is safe and reliable,and is worthy of further popularization and use.
