摘要
目的探讨分析老年COPD(慢性阻塞性肺疾病)患者接种流感疫苗的临床效果以及护理效果。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月我院收治的80例COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象,将所选患者分为实验组以及对照组,每组40例,同时对两组患者接种流感疫苗,实验组给予针对性护理,对照组给予常规护理,实验结束后,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分以及肺功能状况。结果通过对比发现,实验组患者的生活质量评分、临床疗效以及肺功能状况与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对老年COPD患者接种流感疫苗,并实施针对性护理,可有效的提高临床疗效,减轻患者的发病症状,延缓患者的病情发展,进而提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing effect of influenza vaccination in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016 of80 COPD patients in our hospital as the research object,the selected patients were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,and the two groups of patients with influenza vaccination,the experimental group was given targeted nursing,the control group was given conventional nursing,after the end of the experiment,comparative analysis the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients,quality of life score and pulmonary function. Results Compared with the control group,the scores of quality of life（ QOL）,clinical efficacy and pulmonary function of the patients in the experimental group were significantly different（ P 0. 05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion For elderly patients with COPD influenza vaccination,and the implementation of targeted nursing,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of symptoms,delaying disease progression in patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical application.
