对心血管疾病患者实施人性化护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of humanized nursing intervention on patients with cardiovascular disease

目的探讨对心血管疾病患者实施人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法把我院从2015年6月至2016年9月收治的100例心血管疾病患者作为此次研究对象,随机把患者分成研究组及对照组,2组各有50例患者,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施人性化护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者健康行为、生活质量以及自我管理水平评分均要高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度是98%,对照组护理满意度是84%,研究组护理满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为心血管疾病患者实施人性化护理干预能够获得较为满意的护理效果,可显著提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention on patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from June 2015 to September 2016 were as the research object,randomly were divided into study group and control group,2 groups of 50 patients,the control group received routine care,the study group based on the implementation of the humanized nursing intervention,nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results The study group patients health behavior,quality of life and self management level scores were significantly higher than control group（ P 0. 05）; the study group of nursing satisfaction was 98%,the control group of nursing satisfaction was 84%,nursing satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing intervention for patients with cardiovascular disease can obtain satisfactory nursing effect,can significantly improve the patient＇ s satisfaction with nursing services,it is worth promoting.
