摘要
分析了2年生麻竹不同竹秆部位纤维长度及其频率分布、宽度、长宽比、双壁厚、腔径、壁腔比的差异。揭示了其纤维形态特征随竹秆垂直部位的变化表现为:竹秆离地高度4.5 m处的纤维长度和纤维长宽比最大,纤维宽度和纤维壁厚在2.5 m处最大,纤维腔径、纤维壁腔比分别在6.5 m、0.5 m处最大。2年生麻竹材纤维形态特征随竹秆水平部位变化表现为:竹壁中层纤维长度最长,内层最短。竹壁外层纤维宽度、壁厚和壁腔比最大,内层最小。竹壁内层纤维长宽比最大,外层最小。竹壁内层纤维腔径最大,中层最小。纤维长度大部分集中分布在大于1.5 mm区间范围,占70%左右,属于长纤维类型。研究结果为麻竹材的定向培育和麻竹材的高效合理利用提供重要的依据。
The impacts of different culm positions on fiber length,width,the ratio of length to width,double wall thickness,cavity diameter and the ratio of wall thickness to cavity diameter of two-year-old D. latiflorus were analyzed. The results showed that the fiber morphology of the two-year-old D. latiflorus varied with the vertical positions of the culm. The fiber length and ratio of length to width reached the max at the height of 4. 5 m above ground,while the fiber width and wall thickness attained the max at the height of 2. 5 m,fiber cavity diameter in the6. 5 m,and the ratio of wall thickness to cavity diameter in the 0. 5 m above ground. The fiber morphology of the two-year-old D. latiflorus also varied with horizontal positions of the culm.The fiber length of the middle layer of bamboo culm was the maximum,and that of the inner layer was the minimum. The fiber width,wall thickness and the ratio of fiber wall thickness to cavity diameter,reached the maximum in the outer layer,and the minimum in the,inner layer.The ratio of fiber length to width in the inner layer was the maximum,in the outer layer was the minimum. The cavity diameter in the inner layer was the maximum,in the middle layer was the minimum. The fiber length was longer than 1. 5 mm mostly,accounting for about 70%. These may provide an important basis for oriented cultivation and effective utilization of Dendrocalamus latiflorus.
