摘要
横向振动试验是测试紧固件防松性能的重要方法。针对M10弹压式防松螺母在进行该试验时出现无法按规定紧固的情况,分析螺母安装过程的受力,探讨无法紧固的原因,设计一套由外卡板和内卡圈2部分组成的辅助卡盘。辅助卡盘使用多齿结构,通过内外齿环实现内外部结构在任意相对角度的卡固组合,保证防松螺母安装时的初始轴力稳定。通过试验验证辅助卡盘效果良好。
The lateral vibration test is an important method to test the anti-loosening property of fasteners. With a view to the fact that the M 10 spring-type lock nut cannot be fastened as per the stipulations during the test, the Arti- cle analyses the stress during the nut installation, discusses the reason that it cannot be fastened, with an auxiliary chuck consisting of outer re.tainer plate and inner retainer ring designed. The auxiliary chuck adopts a multi-tooth structure, which can realize the clamp combination of the internal and exterual structures at any relative angle via the internal and external toothed rings, thus keeping the initial axial foree stable when installing the lock nut. The auxiliary chuck is verified to be very effective based on tests.
