摘要
柴油机气缸盖螺母六轴液压扳手属于内燃机车柴油机检修专用工装设备,用于气缸盖螺母拆装作业,如何解决组装作业中6个螺母的紧固过程均匀、紧固扭矩均匀成为技术难点。通过采用多头联动、自动平衡液压技术,以及运用数理统计分析对液压马达选配分组,实现紧固作业过程中6个螺母均匀紧固,且最终紧固扭矩值控制在规定范围内,满足气缸盖组装气密性工艺要求。
The six-axis wrench of diesel cylinder cover nuts are special-purpose equipment used for overhauling diesel engine of diesel locomotive, which is used for dismantling cylinder cover nuts. It is the technical difficulty in how to solve the even tightening process and even tightening torque of six nuts in the process of assembly. The even tightening of six nuts during tightening could be realized and the final tightening torque value could be controlled in the specific scope by virtue of multipoint linkage, automatic balance hydraulic technology and grouping hydraulic motor matching through utilizing mathematical statistic analysis so that the technological requirements of gas tight- ness of cylinder cover assembly could be guaranteed.
