银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及其抗炎镇痛解热的作用 被引量:11

Anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effect and its curative effect on acute pharyngitis model of Yinqiaomabo Powder rats

摘要 目的:探究银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及其抗炎镇痛解热的作用。方法:通过氨水喷雾法制备大鼠急性咽炎模型,观察银翘马勃散对急性咽炎模型大鼠的治疗作用;采用小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及小鼠足趾肿胀实验研究其抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体实验和甲醛致痛实验研究其镇痛作用;采用脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导大鼠发热模型研究其解热作用。结果:与模型组相比,银翘马勃散可改善大鼠的一般状态,银翘马勃散16,32 g/kg剂量组可明显减轻急性咽炎模型大鼠咽部粘膜的炎症表现,且对咽炎大鼠的白细胞计数结果和血清中TNF-α与IL-6的水平有显著影响;银翘马勃散还可降低小鼠耳廓与足趾炎症肿胀的程度,缓解醋酸以及甲醛第Ⅱ时相所致疼痛,以及抑制LPS引起的大鼠发热反应。结论:银翘马勃散对急性咽炎有较好的治疗作用,并具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、解热作用。 Objective: To explore the effects of Yinqiaomabo Powder on acute pharyngitis of rat models, and study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effect of it. Method: The ammonia water was used to establish the animal model of acute pharyngitis, the curative effect of Yinqiaomabo Powder on acute pharyngitis model rats were observed; mouse ear edema model and paw swelling model were used to detect anti- inflammatory effect, acetic acid writhing and formaldehyde-induced pain model were used to observe the analgesic effect, and fever model induced by LPS was employed to test the antipyretie effect. Result: Yinqiaomabo Powder could improving the general condition, the doses ( 16,32 g/kg) could relieve the Pharyngeal mucosa inflammation on acute pharyngitis model rats, and have a marked impact on blood routine and the content of TNF-αand IL-6. Yinqiaomabo Powder could reduce the ear and foot swelling degree in mice, alleviate the pain caused by acetic acid and formalin, and reduce fever temperature caused by LPS. Conclusion : Yinqiaomabo Powder has good treatment effect on the acute pharyngitis, and has outstanding anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
