摘要
目的:观察杞菊地黄丸治疗早期年龄相关性白内障临床疗效。方法:研究对象为2015年7月~2016年6月在我院眼科诊治的110例早期年龄相关性白内障患者,随机分为2组,对照组55例不给予治疗药物,观察组服用杞菊地黄丸,分析在三个月后两组相关指标的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为78.18%,高于对照组29.09%。治疗后,观察组患者治疗后视力较治疗前改善,对照组视力较之前下降,观察组明显优于对照组。治疗后,观察组主要症状得分和角膜散光度分别为(5.02±0.86分、0.82±0.13D),均明显低于对照组(9.15±1.38分、0.99±0.18D)。(4)治疗后,观察组眼压和前房深度分别为(14.22±2.18mm Hg、2.38±0.38mm),均明显优于对照组(21.25±3.25mm Hg、1.65±0.29mm)。结论:杞菊地黄丸对早期年龄相关性白内障患者具有改善作用,并可减轻相关症状。
Objective： To research clinical effects of Qijudihuang Pill in treatment of early age-related cataract. Methods： 110 early age-related cat- aract from ophthalmology department from July 2015 - June 2016 were grouped two groups. The control group was given no treatment,and observation group was treated with Qijudihuang pill. Results： Effective rate of observation group was 78.18% ,higher than control group 29. 09% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, vision of observation group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） After treatment, main symptom score and corneal astigmatism level of observation group were （5.02 ± 0. 86point, 0.82± 0. 13D）, better than control group （9. 15 ± 1. 38point,0.99±0.18D） （all P 〈 0.05 ）. （4）After treatment, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of observation group were （ 14.22 ,2.18mmHg,2.38 ±0.38mm）, better than control group （ 21.25 ± 3.25mmHg, 1. 65 ± 0.29mm） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qijudihuang Pill have improvement effect in early age-related cataract and can reduce the symptoms.
