摘要
目的:研究三黄汤塌渍联合伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹临床疗效。方法:选择2013年7月至2015年7月我院接诊的120例生殖器疱疹的患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,分为观察组和对照组进行研究。对照组口服伐昔洛韦进行治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,接受三黄汤塌渍治疗。治疗后,统计分析两组治疗的临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后IL-4、IL-12、TNF-α的变化。结果:接受治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率(91.7%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(70.0%),两组数据有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的复发率(8.3%)明显低于对照组的复发率(30.0%),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-4、IL-12、TNF-α指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后和治疗前相比,两组患者IL-4、IL-12、TNF-α均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-12、TNF-α等指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄汤塌渍联合伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹较单独伐昔洛韦治疗具有更好的疗效,更低的复发率,是一种治疗生殖器疱疹的良好方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objectives：To study the clinical effect of Sanhuang soup stains combined with oral valaciclovir for the treatment of genital herpes.Methods：120 patients with genital herpes in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated with oral valaciclovir while the observation group was treated with Sanhuang soup stains.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and the relapse rate were investigated and analyzed,the changes in IL-4,IL-12 and TNF-α between before and after treatment were detected.Results：After treatment,the total efficiency（91.67%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（70.00%）,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The relapse rate（8.33%） of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（30.00%）,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.The IL-4,IL-12,TNF-α before treatment in the two groups showed no difference.Difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant in both groups（P 〈 0.05）,but IL-4,IL-12,TNF-α in observation group were lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Sanhuang soup stains combined with oral valaciclovir is more significant in the treatment of genital herpes with lower relapse rate,which can be widely applied clinically.
