摘要
目的:观察扶正解毒清热汤治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组运用扶正解毒清热汤加盐酸泛昔洛韦片治疗,对照组口服盐酸泛昔洛韦片。对两组患者的临床疗效,发作期的止疱时间、水疱消失时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间以及随访期间复发率进行统计与对比。结果:中西药组疗效优于西药组,复发率低于西药组。结论:治疗组治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效优于对照组,值得临床推广使用。
Objectives：To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Qingre soup for the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Methods：80 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The treatment group using Fuzheng Jiedu Qingre soup joint hydrochloric acid famciclovir tablets for treatment,while the control group was treated with hydrochloric acid famciclovir tablets.The clinical efficacy,stop blistering time,the blisters disappeared time,scab time,scab off time,and the recurrence rate were all followed up and compared between the two groups.Results：The treatment efficacy was higher and the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than those in the control group.Conclusion：Fuzheng Jiedu Qingre soup joint hydrochloric acid famciclovir tablets is effective in treating recurrent genital herpes,which is worth clinical application.
