不同促排卵方案对宫腔内人工授精妊娠结局及生育后性生活质量的影响研究

Different ovulation induction scheme on intrauterine insemination pregnancy outcome and quality of sex life after birth

目的:探究与分析不同促排卵方案对宫腔内人工授精妊娠结局及生育后性生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院自2015年6月至2016年11月收治的接受人工授精助孕的292例不孕症患者的临床资料,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各146例,对照组给予尿促激素促排卵方案,观察组给予来曲唑促排卵方案,对比两组卵泡发育及子宫内膜情况、妊娠结局以及生育后的随访1年的性生活质量。结果:观察组与对照组相比优势卵泡个数多、h CG日内膜厚度厚、h CG日雌二醇水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比妊娠数多,流产数少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前相比每周性生活频率增加,性唤起时间缩短,获得高潮时间延长,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比上述指标改善更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑促排卵方案相比于尿促激素排卵方案可取得更高的妊娠率,更加安全有效,同时可促进提高性生活质量。

Objectives：To explore and analyze different ovulation induction scheme on the intrauterine insemination pregnancy outcome and quality of sex life after birth.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 292 infertile patients receiving artificial insemination assisted reproduction in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 was conducted.The 292 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,146 cases in each group.The control group received urine hormones ovulation induction scheme,while the observation group was given letrozole ovulation induction scheme.The follicular development and endometrium and pregnancy outcome and the quality of sex life in the 1-year follow-up after birth was compared.Results：The dominant follicle number was more,human chorionic gonadotropin,endometrium thickness of human chorionic gonadotropin was thicker and estradiol level was higher in the observation group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.The number of pregnancy was larger and the number of abortion was smaller in the observation group compared with the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.The weekly frequency of sex life increased,sexual arousal time shortened and orgasm prolonged after treatment in both groups,more significant in the observation group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The letrozole ovulation induction scheme is more effective than the urine hormones ovulation induction scheme.Safe and effective,it can increase the pregnancy rate and improve the quality of sexual life.
