骨外固定联合负压引流装置治疗创伤后骨髓炎的疗效研究

Effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with external fixation on traumatic osteomyelitis

目的探讨骨外固定联合负压引流装置治疗创伤后骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法将83例创伤后骨髓炎患者按照随机数字表法分为两组。观察组43例骨外固定联合负压封闭引流治疗，对照组40例给予骨外固定联合对冲引流治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93．02％，显著高于对照组（77．50％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组切口愈合或窦道闭合时间、症状消失时间、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组（P〈0．05）：两组患者手术时间、住院时间比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论骨外固定联合负压封闭引流治疗创伤后骨髓炎疗效显著，明显缩短了患者的症状改善时间，值得临床重视。

Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with external fixation on traumatic osteomyelitis. Methods A total of 83 cases of traumatic osteomyelitis were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group （43 cases）received external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage treatment, and the control group （40 cases） were given external fixation combined with drainage treatment. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 93.02% （40/43） , which was significantly higher than that （77.50%） of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The wound healing or sinus closure time, symptoms disappeared time, healing time of fracture in observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The operation time and the hospitalization time had no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of external fixa- tion combined with vacuum sealing drainage on traumatic osteomyelitis is significant, it can shorten the time of patients to improve symptoms, and it is worthy of attention.
