缺血性脑卒中患者血清Hcy、EPO、CIMT水平的变化及其意义 被引量:5

Changes and the Significance of the Levels of Serum Hcy, EPO and CMIT in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

摘要 为探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、红细胞生成素(EPO)的变化及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系本研究选取80例缺血性脑卒中患者为脑卒中组,另选取80例健康体检者为对照组,应用多普勒超声仪测定两组颈动脉,ELISA法测定两组血浆Hcy、EPO。脑卒中组患者颈动脉斑块检测率为97.50%(78/80),对照组颈动脉斑块检出率为7.50%(6/80),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。脑卒中组血清Hcy、EPO水平显著高于对照组(p<0.05),而颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(CIMT)大于对照组(p<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中患者中软斑租、混合斑组血清Hcy、EPO水平高于硬斑组(p<0.05)。经Pearson单因素分析,血清Hcy、EPO水平与CIMT呈正相关(p<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中患者血清Hcy、EPO水平的变化及其与颈动脉粥样硬化发生有密切的关系,通过测定血清Hcy、EPO水平可反映斑块稳定性。 In order to investigate the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and erythropoietin (EPO) in patients with ischemic stroke and their relationship with carotid atherosclerosis, this study selected 80 cases of patients with ischemic stroke to form the stroke groupand other 80 healthy people to form the control group. Doppler ultrasound system was used to detect the carotid arteries of the two groups and ELISA was used to measure the levels of plasma Hcy and EPO in the two groups. The detection rate of carotid artery plaque was 97.50% (78/80) in the stroke group while the control group was 7.50% (6/80), and the difference was statistically significant (p〈0.05). The levels of serum Hcy and EPO in the stroke group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p〈0.05), while the carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT) was significantly higher than that in the control group (p 〈0.05). The levels of serum Hcy and EPO in middle soft plaque group and mixed plaque group of patients with ischemic stroke were higher than those in hard plaque group (p〈0.05). After Pearson single factor analysis, we found that the serum Hcy and EPO levels were positively correlated with CIMT (p 〈0.05). The changed of serum Hcy and EPO levels in patients with ischemic stroke were closely related to the occurrence of carotid atherosclerosis. The levels of serum Hcy and EPO could reflect the plaque stability.
