Meta Analysis of the Correlation between Periodontitis and Osteoporosis

国内外文献对于牙周炎与骨质疏松症之间的关系尚不确切,本研究的目的是通过寻找最佳证据系统评价牙周炎与骨质疏松症的相关性。检索2016年5月之前在Pub Med、The Cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、万方数据库中发表的文献,语言是英语和汉语。2名研究者分别按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选、质量评价、数据提取,共检索到305篇文献,初步纳入文献29篇,全文阅读后最终纳入7篇文献,采用Revman 5.3软件进行数据分析并绘制森林图,效应指标是OR值和95%CI。共纳入7篇文献,合计3 779例研究对象,其中病例组906例,对照组2 873例。本研究表明牙周炎与骨质疏松症之间具有显著的相关性(OR=1.70,95%CI[1.36,2.13],p<0.000 01)。

It＇s still unclear about the relationship between periodontitis and osteoporosis according to the domestic and foreign literature. The purpose of this study is to find the best evidence system to evaluate the correlation between periodontitis and osteoporosis. We searched literatures in English and Chinese which published before May 2016 in PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, and Wanfang database. Two researchers of this research respectively did the literature screening, quality evaluation, data extraction according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Totally 305 studies were searched and 29 articles were preliminary chosen. After the full text reading, 7 articles were eventually included. We used Revman 5.3 software for data analysis and draw forest plot whose effect indexes were OR and 95% CI. In total, 7 studies and 3 779 objects of studies were included. There were 906 case groups and 2 873 control groups. This study showed significant correlation between periodontitis and osteoporosis （OR=1.70, 95% CI [1.36, 2.13], p〈0.000 01）.
