摘要
本研究将94例糖尿病周围神经病变患者根据随机数字表分为两组,其中对照组予以基础治疗+弥可保治疗,观察组予以基础治疗+补阳还五汤(BHD)治疗。对比两组治疗前后的疗效及患者FBG、2HPG、Hb Alc、腓总MNCV、腓总SNCV、正中MNCV、正中SNCV的水平变化,发现观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);两组治疗前的FBG、2HPG、Hb Alc水平差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后的FBG、2HPG、Hb Alc水平较治疗前降低(p<0.05),治疗后两组间的FBG、2HPG、Hb Alc水平无显著性差异(p>0.05);两组治疗前的腓总MNCV、腓总SNCV、正中MNCV、正中SNCV差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);治疗后的腓总MNCV、腓总SNCV、正中MNCV、正中SNCV较治疗前提高,且观察组比对照组变化明显(p<0.05)。提示补阳还五汤可修复受损神经,能够改善机体血糖水平,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效药物。
In this study, 94 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Control group was treated by foundation and mecobalamin treatment while observation group was treated by foundation and Buyanghuanwu Decoction (BHD) treatment. After contrasting the curative effect of two groups and levels of several indexes containing the FBG, 2HPG, HbAlc, MNCV of common peroneal nerve, SNCV of common peroneal nerve, MNCV of median nerve and SNCV of median nerve before and after treatment, we found that the effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p 〈0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups ofFBG, 2HPG, HbAlc level before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant (p〉0.05). After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2HPG and HbAlc were lower than those before treatment (p 〈0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups ofFBG, 2HPG, HbAlc levels after treatment (p〉0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups of MNCV of common peroneal nerve, SNCV of common peroneal nerve, MNCV of median nerve and SNCV of median nerve levels before treatment (p 〉0.05). After treatment, MNCV of common peroneal nerve, SNCV of common peroneal nerve, MNCV of median nerve and SNCV of median nerve levels were higher than those before treatment, and the change of the observation group was more obvious than the control group (p 〈0.05). In conclusion, BHD was an effective drug for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy which could repair the damaged nerve and improve the body's blood glucose level.
