氨溴索对新生儿肺炎氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态的影响研究 被引量:26

Study on the effect of ambroxol on oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state of neonates with pneumonia

摘要 目的观察氨溴索对新生儿肺炎氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态的影响情况。方法将2015年2月-2016年8月恩施州中心医院西医部儿科诊治的54例新生儿肺炎患儿随机分为对照组(27例)和观察组(27例),对照组患儿进行常规新生儿肺炎治疗,观察组患儿则在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用氨溴索,然后检测与比较两组新生儿治疗前后的氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态指标。结果治疗前对照组和观察组患儿的氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而治疗后观察组患儿的氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态指标均明显好于对照组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论氨溴索可更为明显地改善肺炎新生儿的氧合功能及肺通气、肺换气状态,因此在新生儿肺炎中的应用价值较高。 Objective To observe the effect of ambroxol on oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state of neonates with pneumonia. Methods Fifty-four neonates with pneumonia treated in the hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,27 neonates in each group. The neonates in control group were treated with routine treatment of pneumonia,while the neonates in observation group were treated with ambroxol on the basis of routine treatment of pneumonia. The indexes of oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state before and after treatment in the two groups were detected and compared. Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the indexes of oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state between the two groups( all P〈0. 05); after treatment,the indexes of oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Ambroxol can more effectively improve oxygenation function,pulmonary ventilation,and pulmonary gas-exchange state of neonates with pneumonia,which has high application value in treatment of neonatal pneumonia.
