盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石合并前列腺增生效果观察

Effect Observation of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in Treatment of Patients with Lower Ureteral Stones Combined with Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石合并前列腺增生的效果。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月陕西省第四人民医院泌尿外科收治的输尿管下段结石合并前列腺增生138例,按治疗方法分为观察组70例和对照组68例。观察组给予盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗,对照组仅应用体外冲击波碎石术治疗。比较2组临床疗效、安全性、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、膀胱过度活动症状评分(OABSS)、24 h尿急次数、残余尿量(PVRV)。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组异常病例率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组IPSS、OABSS低于对照组,24 h尿急次数、PVRV少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合体外冲击波碎石术用于输尿管下段结石合并前列腺增生的治疗效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To observe effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treatment of patients with lower ureteral stones combined with prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 138 patients with lower ureteral stones combined with prostatic hyperplasia admitted during September 2014 and September 2015 were divided into observation group （n = 70） and control group （n =68） according to different treatment methods. Observation group was treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, while control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy only. Curative effect, safety, international prostate symptom score （IPSS） , overactive bladder symptoms （OABS） score, 24h frequency of urgency, postvoid residual volume （PVRV） were compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in ratio of abnormal cases between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. In observation group, values of IPSS, OABS score, 24h frequency of urgency and PVRV were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treatment of patients with lower ureteral stones combined with prostatic hyperplasia can achieve good curative effect and safety.
