摘要
对尤怡《静香楼医案》中血证医案进行分析、总结,并结合诸家论述,总结尤在泾诊疗血证重视活血化瘀,兼顾正邪;血证预后多用人参补虚,用药清灵,善用新鲜中药,少用苦寒清火药,对尤在泾血证诊疗特色进行探讨,希冀对临床发挥指导。
To summarize the characteristics of You Zaijing on diagnosis and treatment of blood trouble by analyzing medical records in The Jingxianglou Consilia. You Zaijing valued therapeutic principle of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and took account of healthy qi and pathogen factor. Ginseng was given to patients who had just recovered from illness. You Zaijing make good use of fresh herbs,with less clearing heat with bitter-cold natured drugs. To explore the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment on blood trouble, hoping it can play a guiding role in clinical.
